Hope you all are keeping well. We are back with the sixth edition of the Zoho Books Digest. Here's what we are presenting to our community members this month:
Feature Spotlight
This month, we are highlighting the 'Branches' feature in Zoho Books. This feature is now available in the Global, India, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman editions.
As your business grows, you may need to expand by opening up new outlets in new locations. And when that happens, checking the performance of individual branches and tracking their transactions separately becomes essential. The Branches feature in Zoho Books allows you to manage all of your branches under one organization.
By enabling the Branches feature, you can:
- Add multiple branches in your Zoho Books organization
- Configure separate transaction series for each branch
- Manage transactions across all branches
- Track the performance of each branch individually
The Branches feature is available in the Premium and higher plans of the above-mentioned editions.
To enable Branches: Go to Settings > Branches > Enable Branches.

What's New in June 2021
The feature update that we're highlighting this month is the Zia Search feature, which has been released in all the Zoho Books editions.
Zoho Books always had powerful search options, and now, with Zia Search, you can expand the scope of your search to include all of your Zoho apps.

Replacing Authtokens with OAuth by August 30
Please note that we are removing Authtoken support for Zoho Books APIs by August 30, 2021. This change is part of switching to OAuth 2.0, a more secure and robust protocol. Please make sure you replace Authtokens with OAuth as soon as possible.
