Your feedback has been instrumental in shaping these improvements, ensuring a more streamlined and powerful recruitment process.

What's New

Enhanced UI

Experience a redesigned Custom Functions interface under Setup > Developer Space > Functions. Configure, edit, duplicate and track functions of various categories (Automation, Standalone, Button, etc.).


Gallery View

Explore and select functions from the all-new custom function Gallery, simplifying the identification of specific recruitment-related functions for different job categories or hiring stages.


Dashboard Insights

Leverage a comprehensive dashboard to gain insights into the performance and execution of recruitment functions. Recruiters can monitor application tracking functions' efficiency and optimize candidate pipelines.


Failure Tracking

Swiftly identify and resolve function failures to ensure uninterrupted recruitment processes. Say a function fails to execute because you had reached your Daily custom function call limit. you can now view this from the failures sub-section and rerun it the next day.


Other Key Changes

  • REST API Trigger
    Utilize REST APIs to trigger functions, facilitating custom integrations with third-party systems for improved hiring efficiency.
  • Version Display
    Track function versions directly within the editor. This allows developers to maintain view/revert to older versions of function code.
  • Mini Dashboard
    Access a minified dashboard from Setup > Automation > Actions > Functions to monitor functions calls across time.
