Add to Zoho CRM records using form responses of existing Customer
Hello.
I have a question I hope to have answered. I am new to ZOHO, so if you could explain it, so I can follow any instructions. Thanks.
Scenario - Customer buys product A, the customer is directed to a ZOHO form, instantly after the payment of sale, to fill out additional information that is required. This data is entered into a ZOHO Form, and added to the customers account in ZOHO CRM.
- Same Customer returns a month later to the website, buys another product, again, they need to fill out the ZOHO form, this time the customer purchased a different product, so on the form they select product B. This data is sent to ZOHO forms. However, it creates a new customer in the CRM.
What I need is - Upon the second sale, this new data from the selected product B, needs to be added to the existing CRM customers account.

You may be using tags to filter records, create reports based on specific tags, or let your sales team to know which clients to give priority to. Don't skip tagging for the crm records added via forms. The tags can be set to be automatically captured during the form submission. How it works When you set up a configuration to push form entries into CRM, you can add a tag to them automatically.
