Adding weights for items
Hi all,
I'm a new user and am a manufacturer. We sell our products wholesale. We currently use a couple of different couriers that don't integrate with Zoho and a few different box sizes.
Currently, I raise the SO, Invoice, Packaging slip etc. in Zoho and book the shipping separately and enter the shipping details from my booking manually into Zoho. But, I end up under-quoting the shipping to the customer.
Is it possible to enter the weight for each item into Zoho and have it added up in the Packing slip or invoice or anywhere else within the system so I can use that to more accurately quote courier charges to my customers? I'd like to have this work for composite items as well as I have 4-5 composite items too.
