• Lead generation is critical to us. We have 10 sales staff that will need to put all the leads into the system where we can all see them and track them. We do not want to have any duplications and our sales team needs to be able to enter new leads without duplication by first entering a Company name. We sell to companies and not people. We need a system that can achieve this by having a system that also looks into the Accounts (Company Names) to make sure we are not duplicating a new lead with an existing customer. We do generate many leads with existing customers as well which eventually fills our forecast pipeline. • What we found is that we need to have our existing accounts private to the sales person but not available to any other sales staff. Our sales team are individual consultants and are compensated based on these accounts that they have generated over the years. We do not want this area public but need to have the lead generation be able to search not only leads but accounts (Company Names). ZOHO CRM was not able to make this happen. We are looking for ZOHO Creator to be able to be customized to ZOHO CRM with the above features. Let me know if this can be done. CEO Bruce: Access to everything - ability to change anything Directors Deb / Chris ability to see and change lead contact - but no ability to change system formatting Sales Leads Access to add any - Enter as Owner - can change and add info on Lead as their Own accounts Visibility to all leads and Owners assigned to lead - but not able to change others info on lead. Accounts IF POSSIBLE. Visibility to all sales - Account name and Owner Visibility to only owner / Dir / CEO all account notes. Information needed in Leads: AOE Rep Owner (drop down pick list) Company Contact Name - Title Email - Phone Number - Mobile Phone - Address NOTES: Website - Industry (drop down pick list) Entry date: Follow Up date: Modified date: I noticed as I went into lead and added notes - that the modified date (last contact date) stayed the same. That should change if any changes are made in the account and whom made by. Lead Source: drop down pick list Vendor Source: drop down pick list Project: Project Status: drop down pick list Partners ( A&D/GC-PM-RE) drop down pick list When a lead has been identified with identifiable Potential - it gets converted to Account / Potential All of the information that has been entered in as a lead must transfer over to Account/Potential. In addition - the following information for forecasting must be added: Potential Status: drop down pick list Forecasting Values: Interiors Kimball: Value $$ Percentage %% Interiors Other Manf: Value $$ Percentage %% Architectural Solutions: Value $$ Percentage %% Services Value $$ Percentage %% Reports need to be generated to be able to collect the following information: New Leads collected by sales reps How many past due follow ups by reps Forecasting Values Sorting needed by Representatives Overdue follow ups Vendor Source Partners Industry forecasting values
