Business needs


Some business processes are based on geographic location of leads, accounts, or contacts, such as:

  • Managing sales territories
  • Finding the closest clinic to a patient
  • Planning an optimal route for a field technician
  • Finding local businesses by keywords and adding them as a lead or account in Zoho CRM
