We're happy to tell you that we'll be launching a new community learning activity this month: 'Ask the Experts'.

This is a live knowledge-sharing session where our technical experts will answer all your questions in real time. 
We'll be doing a session every month and each session will focus on a new topic based on popular features and questions frequently asked to our support and community teams.

Our first 'Ask the Experts' session will be held on 8th March 2018 between 6:30 and 11:30 A.M. (PST) on the topic:  How to make the most out of Customer Portal.

Customer portal can help you provide a personalized experience to your customers, vendors, and employees. 

Here are some common topics that come up in Customer Portal.

  1. Map your domain to Customer Portal URL.
  2. Add customers and define permission. 
  3. Limit access to different components (Form, Reports, Pages).
  4. Customize email notifications. 
  5. Customize Login, Sign up, and Reset pages.
