Booking and HR system
The database is to manage my tennis coaching business.
Sections:
- Clients - Adding New/editing School clients, Adding new/editting private clients, attendance check box for coaches to tick, and payment status for each.
- Coaches - Checking their calendar availability for scheduling, attendance record, sick/holiday leave notifications, Utilization record of each coach (report/graph) Working Hours are from 8am-11pm.
- Facilities - A list of facilities and then which have been booked this month so I can manage paying them. Tournament/League - spectator event booking, competitors, scheduling.
I'd like a DASHBOARD where I can see: - A very big button "Check Availabilty" which would allow me to look at the open time slots where coaches are available to teach. With a search form to look up certain dates. - An overview of classes happening today & tomorrow by client name, and coach. A button that can send email reminders to all the clients to remind them of their upcoming class tomorrow. - Alerts: Which can let me know which coaches or facilities I have not paid. AND clients who have not paid me. (have an easy button once clicked that pulls out an email template reminding them) - To Do List. ------ Coaches Login Sections: They need to see all of the above but coaches attendance record only shows their own. Ability to request leave.
Dashboard: should show their calendar for the coming week, -which schools they need to be at and what time. Happening Today: Same as above. Attendance Today: List of Clients they have coached and tick box that the client attended/sick/postpone/cancelled/on holiday. Alerts: Clients in their classes who have not paid. This work is quite a big rush.I am happy to pay for the rushed hours. If possible by Friday. I am going insane. Please help. I know your team has what it takes to make this WORK. Heard great things! I have tried to build this myself but it is too complicated.

This is something for which I'm trying to figure out a straightforward way to do. The searchRecords does a great job fetching me the records that I want.
