Detect the profanity in messages and add a professional touch to the conversation
Keep up your business standards by automating the process of identifying and blocking the usage of profanity. During live chat, operators might face some abusers and usage of offensive language. You can prevent this by implementing profanity library features that stop the use of these terms.
Profanity library is a new feature of SalesIQ 2.0; it is a collection of abusive terms used in various languages. SalesIQ uses this library to scan for these terms in all conversations. If used by the visitor, SalesIQ will perform the specified action, such as closing or blocking the visitor.
How can it help?
The terms mentioned in the profanity library can be restricted or masked in the operator chat window when used by the visitor to protect the operators from being abused. Operators can know that the visitor is a harasser and swiftly end the chat or send a block request.
