Error code 4010 when submitting document for signature - what does it mean?
I get this error when I submit a document for signature using the API:
{"code":4010,"message":"No field exists for the selected action","status":"failure"}
Can you help me understand what this means? The action I am posting is a "SIGN" action and I have included a signature field for this action. There is only one user added to sign the document.
Are there any other fields that are mandatory when I send a document for signature. I also tried including an email field in the fields corresponding to this action but that didn't help.
