Let's take a quick tour around to see what all changes we have brought in, shall we ? Well, then buckle up guys, here we go...
1. Would you ever like seeing mundane stuffs over and over again?
Well, then why would you want to bore your visitors by displaying the same old chat widget themes when we offer you a whole new range of cool themes which you can switch to in a jiffy? And it is necessary that they look cool enough to grab the attention of your visitors as it acts as a kick start for the prospective bond that you and your visitors are going to share.
2. Style the bridge between you and your website visitors !
Here, by saying bridge I am referring to the visitor chat window, well yeah one can't deny the fact that it acts as a means to connect your website visitors with the users of your firm. Then why not give it a personalized touch by utilizing various themes that we have in our SalesIQ library now?

Not a big fan of the choices that we provide you with? Then let your designer design your themes based on your requirements. And once done, upload it in the space that we provide you with, it's that simple!
3. What is your preferred size ?
Now, SalesIQ lets you choose the size of your chat window and so you don't really have to use the standard one anymore.
4. You see before they see!
Now preview how the response messages that you craft looks like on the visitor chat window as you configure them on the right pane, just to make sure that they are superlative.
5. Want to disable Chat widget or Visitor tracking module in a particular website?
Now we provide you with an option to disable a particular website, a particular module as in Visitor tracking or Chat widget or even both whenever you would want to and re-enable them at any point of time.
6. Quick as a flash!
Since the module has been completely renovated, it is amazingly quick and efficient. Ergo, doubling the throughput and providing the visitors with a fantabulous chat experience.
7. Tired of copying and pasting five different codes every time you switch themes of your chat widget or chat window?
I know it is quite annoying! Ain't it? Well, you don't really have to take up that tiring task anymore. All that you have to do is incorporate a single code snippet in your website's source code. And all the changes in themes that you make from then on will be reflected in your website(s) just like that. How cool is that? Want to know something more cool? After choosing the themes you can also preview it, as in how it would look at the visitor's end.
Heads up!!
- Do remember that to avail all these new features it is necessary that you replace the existing SalesIQ code with the new one.
- And do note that the visitor tracking and chat widget modules will be working fine, even if you click on "Check latest version". But only after pasting the new code snippet in the place of the old one you can view the changes that has been incorporated.
- And one other important thing to note out here is, copying and pasting either one of the codes provided under the visitor tracking or chat widget module will enable both the former as well as the latter, but you can disable any one of them or even both at any point of time.

Hi Support Team, I am a new user, I have created my account and installed zohomail app on iOS 16 which works. I was also able to import my Gmail contacts into Zoho Contacts, which I can see. The problem is that I can’t see these imported cobalts in ZohomailTask Due Date greater than 10 years.
