I can't add a domain I own/manage cause it says 'Domain already exists'

I can't add a domain I own/manage cause it says 'Domain already exists'

I want to add the domain 'ongvjg.org.pe' so that I can create a mail account with that domain but when trying to add it, it appears "Domain already exists". Please I'd like to create it as soon as possible.
