What the hell Zoho! Always the same goddam problem. It takes time because the simplest things just don't fucking work. Today it just took me 3 hours to complete and send a 1page privacy letter to a client. And you know what 99% of the document was already written before it ever got into zoho. So it took me 3 FUCKING HOURS TO FORMAT SIGNATURE LINES ON ZOHO WRITER. AND THE REASON I'M EVEN MORE PISSED IS BECAUSE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 3 DAYS JUST FORMATTING ALONE TOOK HOURS. THE FIRST TIME I THOUGHT IT WAS A FLUKE. BUT THIS TIME, I KNEW IT WAS THE SHEER RIDICULOUSNESS OF ZOHO PRODUCTS.
The reason, FORMATTING shifts. Every time I finish the mailmerge document and upload it to crm, it shifts. Then if it looks fine on CrM and i upload it to zoho sign using CRM, all the well placed alignment all shift.
WHAT. THE. FUCK. WILL. IT. TAKE. FOR. ZOHO. TO. GET. RID OF. THESE. STUPID SHITS?
It's not just zoho sign. The problem is with ZOHO WRITER, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO SIGN.
I refuse to accept that every single one of these departments can't 1. catch these problems in their products during development, testing, and quality assurance and 2. fix these problems.
There are NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF features in your product that doesn't work as it should. You need to do a deep dive audit and use AS MANY FEATURES AS POSSIBLE TO FIND ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND FIX THEM.
Zoho writer, being the bulk of the problem. I will say this again. You modeled your product after Microsft's Word. SURELY YOU'VE SEEN HOW MS WORD WORKS!!! So why would your product be this way????? Beyond believe.
All these problematic features aren't even big, creative features that require any amount is smarts. They are common sense, COMMON PLACE features that a monkey can tell shouldn't work the way it works in zoho. Such as a date line placed on the same line as the signature, but then shifts to the line below, making my document look I was high as the ceiling when I made it.
if I operate my business like Zoho, I would've send that nonsense to my client. But i operate with better professionalism than ZOHO apparently, which is why I worked my ass off to make sure it looked correct bf sending it.
If Zoho did the same, we wouldn't have to deal with date signature lines jumping to next step.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. AND I DON'T GIVE A SHIT WHOSE FAULT IT IS. FIX IT.
