With a host of updates planned for our tenth anniversary, we are also delighted to add two more.
Previously, you could type your content in the template editor from left-to-right, now we are also enabling you to type right-to-left as well.
Earlier you were provided a default return path that would enable you to fetch notification related to email bounces. Keeping in mind the growing importance of email deliverability, we are now allowing users to create custom-return path aligned to their sender's domain.
Right-to-left content editing in template creation
If you wish to communicate in Hebrew and Arabic, then you will now have the option to type the message from right-to-left. All you have to do is opt for this functionality using the button below the template editing options. Then you will have to select a desired area in the template and type the messages conveniently.
Custom return-path
Our aim to provide maximum deliverability to you is now strengthened with the introduction of custom return-path. Prior to this update, we offered default return-path to you so that could fetch all the notification related to bounced emails. However, with the current update, you can now create an exclusive return-path address aligning it with the sender's domain ensuring the SPF alignment of your account.
This will be reflected on your DMARC policy which the recipient ISPs will take into account. Clarity in the DMARC safeguards the sender domain and its reputation thus making it easier for the emails to be accepted by the recipient inbox service providers.
It will also fetch the notifications associated with email bounces helping you gauge what might have gone wrong and what can be corrected from your side.
We hope that you will find these two updates very helpful in your email marketing endeavors. In case you have any questions regarding these two updates, please reach out to us at support@zohocampaigns.com
