Making Attachment mandatory when sending a ticket

Making Attachment mandatory when sending a ticket

Hi guys!

Is it possible to set the Attachment as mandatory when creating a new ticket?
Or even making it mandatory conditionally would be the ideal, as in "If this field is "xxxx", then an attachment is mandatory".

I found this for all other fields and it works great, but I couldn't find the option for the attachment.

When clicking on a contact in import history I see all the imported contact details for any given contact.
