Zoho CRM Tips & Tricks #5 | Responsive e-mailsjablonen in CRM



Beste Dutch Community,

 

Wist je dat e-mailsjablonen in Zoho CRM ontwerpvriendelijk en volledig responsive zijn voor alle desktops en mobiele apparaten.

 

Responsive design verwijst naar een methode waarmee pagina's zijn ontworpen om correct te worden weergegeven op alle apparaten, of het nu een desktop, laptop of tablet is. De meeste webpagina's en multimedia-inhoud die je tegenwoordig bezoekt, zijn responsive. Wat betekent dat ze zich aanpassen aan het apparaat waarop je ze bekijkt. Hetzelfde is nu mogelijk binnen Zoho CRM!

 

Eerder kon je enkel sjablonen maken die alleen voor desktop waren geoptimaliseerd. Je had de mogelijkheid om een voorbeeld van de sjablonen te bekijken en wijzigingen aan te brengen in de ontwerpelementen om ze vervolgens handmatig uit te lijnen.

 

Dankzij de verbeteringen worden de sjablonen die je nu maakt automatisch geoptimaliseerd, ongeacht het platform dat je klanten gebruiken. Ze kunnen je e-mails direct onderweg bekijken, zonder telkens naar hun desktop te hoeven schakelen,  en toch dezelfde ervaring hebben.

 

Voor bestaande sjablonen wordt de responsive functionaliteit van kracht zodra je ze opnieuw bewerkt en opslaat. Als responsive sjabloon hebben we twee opties voor sjabloon voorbeeld geïntroduceerd - mobiel en desktop - om snel de responsive functionaliteit van je e-mails te controleren.

 

Je hebt verschillende manieren om te schakelen tussen de sjabloonvoorbeeld van mobiel naar desktop en vice versa:
