I have read in past forum posts that the ability to split bank transactions would likely be implemented - it's definitely a typical accounting program feature.  I'm new to Zoho and thought I'd found nirvana until I realized this feature doesn't seem to have been actualized.

 I did review the tags feature, which was touted as a solution, but like many, don't really have the time to do this  work-around for a basic accounting function. I can see that the tags feature is great for multiple purposes and can be used in creating reports, but don't buy that it is an optimal replacement for simply being able to split a transaction directly on the transaction line - such as a one insurance payment made for both office expense and vehicle expense. Or for a payment received for two different types of services, or one payment made for a service and a product purchase.

Am I missing something? Please tell me that splitting transactions will become part of this stellar application. Zoho has both simplicity and depth. Splitting transactions ought to be part of it's simplicity.
