Tip #2: Establece la conversión de posible cliente basada en diseño de módulos

Como habíamos prometido, queremos llenar la comunidad de contenido que os pueda ser útil para el uso de aplicaciones como la de Zoho CRM. Esta semana os traemos un nuevo tip: Asignación de conversión de posible cliente basada en diseño de módulos. El tip de esta semana está relacionado con uno de los aspectos más importantes de Zoho CRM: la customización y personalización.

Tip #2: Establece la conversión de posible cliente basada en diseño de módulos.

Si tu empresa trabaja con múltiples productos y servicios, es probable que ya estés utilizando los diseños de módulo. Por ejemplo, un distribuidor de productos de alimentación puede estar vendiendo a través de su tienda online, a la vez que organizando eventos con catering.

De esta forma, los campos en el módulo de Posibles Clientes varían dependiendo de en qué estén interesados, por ejemplo, en comprar botellas de vino (tienda) o en acudir a una cata de vinos organizada por la empresa (eventos). Así que en el CRM de la empresa habrá dos diseños distintos bajo el módulo de Posibles Clientes - de Tienda y de Eventos.

Esta herramienta soluciona el problema de estar trabajando con Posibles Clientes que tienen distintas necesidades en un único módulo. Sin embargo, cuando estos Posibles Clientes se convierten a Contactos y Cuentas, necesitas asegurar que los campos de cada uno de los diseños (Tienda y Eventos) se trasladen correctamente a los diseños correspondientes en los módulos Contactos y Cuentas. Para ello te proponemos utilizar nuestra herramienta de conversión basada en diseño de módulos.

  1. Haz click en Configuración > Personalización > Módulos y Campos.
  2. De la Lista de módulos, selecciona el módulo de Posibles Clientes.
  3. Sobre el diseño que quieras trasladar correctamente (por ejemplo, Tienda), selecciona el icono (...) > Asignación de conversión de lead.
  4. En la página Asignación de conversión de Posibles Clientes, elige el diseño correspondiente bajo el módulo Posibles Clientes.
  5. Por defecto, los campos del diseño Estándar para los módulos Posibles Clientes, Contactos, Cuentas y Tratos se muestran.
  6. Elige el diseño correspondiente bajo el resto de módulos (Contactos, Cuentas y Tratos).
  7. Para cada campo bajo Posibles Clientes, relaciona el campo correspondiente bajo los módulos Contactos/Cuentas/Tratos usando la lista desplegable.
  8. Haz click en Guardar.


Una vez hayas configurado la conversión de Posibles Clientes basada en el diseño de módulos, cada vez que conviertas Posibles Clientes estos mismos serán trasladados a sus respectivos diseños en Contactos/Cuentas/Tratos. Para más información, puedes consultar la página Working with Page Layouts.
