Tip #3: El módulo de Actividades en Bigin (parte 1)

Os traemos una nueva ración de los Tips & Tricks sobre el software CRM pensado especialmente para las PYMES, Bigin by Zoho CRM. Durante el post de hoy vamos a seguir profundizando en el módulo de Ciclos de venta y sus funcionalidades que nos permitirán disponer de una organización digitalizada, eficiente y con control de los datos relacionados con nuestros clientes.

Una de las funcionalidades más interesantes que ofrece Bigin es la programación de actividades, el cual nos abre un abanico de posibilidades que nos puede ayudar en la consecución del objetivo de automatizar y digitalizar parte de las tareas rutinarias a las que normalmente nos tenemos que enfrentar en nuestro día a día.

¿Qué tipos de actividades puedo crear?

Aunque pueda sonar un tanto difusa, la mejor respuesta que podemos dar a esta pregunta es todas las que puedas necesitar para hacer un seguimiento de clientes. Una vez entramos en el módulo de Actividades nos encontraremos con tres botones verdes que nos llamarán la atención. Estos son Tarea, Evento y Llamada.

El botón de Tarea es la alternativa que más opciones nos va a dar en cuanto a posibilidades ya que nos permite establecer tareas rutinarias (como puede ser llamadas de seguimiento a nuestros clientes o el envío de nuevas promociones que podamos tener a principio de mes), relacionar las actividades con nuestros contactos, las empresas con las que hablamos o con alguna oportunidad en concreto que tengamos en nuestro embudo de ventas. Además, podemos trabajar con horizontes temporales marcados, lo que nos permitirá tener una perspectiva temporal más clara para alcanzar todos los objetivos.



La actividad de Tarea no sólo nos permite establecer un límite temporal a la actividad sino que también nos facilita el no perder de vista la actividad programando recordatorios. En caso de que la tarea esté fijada para una fecha lejana en el tiempo, también es conveniente utilizar la caja de descripción ya que con ella podremos tanto dejar plasmado el objetivo  así como dejar una pequeña explicación de qué hacer dentro de la tarea en caso de que no seamos el propietario de la misma.
