Tip of the week #35: Migrate to Zoho Calendar from Google Calendar.
If you are looking to move your Google Calendar events to Zoho Calendar, never worry about missing out the events from your Google Calendar. You can migrate the events from Google Calendar using the export option and import it to Zoho Calendar and manage the events from here.
To export your calendars from the My Calendars section of Google Calendar, log in to your Google Calendar account. Navigate to Settings > Import & Export > Export. You can view the calendars that can be exported. Click on the Export button. The calendars will be exported as iCal folder having your calendars in ICS format and saved to your local storage.
To import them into your Zoho Calendar, log in to your Zoho Calendar account. Navigate to Settings > Import > ICS file. Click Choose file. Select the ICS file of the calendar you want to import from your local storage. Choose the calendar into which you want to import those events. If you wish to create a new calendar to import those events, click +Create New and provide a name for the calendar. Click Save.
You can choose to overwrite the events organized by you, include attendees and reminders, and mark the events as private as you import them. Click Import.
The events will be imported into Zoho Calendar along with the attendees (if you choose to) and you can manage them from Zoho Calendar. Learn more.

Tip of the week #16: Associate Zoho Calendar events with Zoho Apps.
Events created in Zoho Calendar can be associated to other Zoho Apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Tasks, and Zoho Notes simultaneously. In Zoho Calendar, you can share your calendars with specific people or groups, by using private sharing option provided for each of your personal calendars. Holiday calendars are available region wise by default on Zoho Calendar. You can choose your holiday calendar and subscribe to it.
