In this post, we'll take a look at how you can change your team name and Super Admin Contact in WorkDrive.
Making changes to your profile information is an easy and straightforward task. To perform this action, you need to be the Super Admin of the WorkDrive account.
Changing the team name
Considering changing the name of your business in your WorkDrive account? Great news! With WorkDrive, the Super Admin can change their team name at any time with a single click.
Your team name is visible to all team members in the top-left corner of their WorkDrive account, and will display in all the links you share outside the team.
To change the team name, go to Settings in the Admin Console. Under the Profile tab, click the text box below Team Name and type your new name.
Changing the Super Admin Contact
The Super Admin is the user who creates the WorkDrive team. All important emails related to payment, invoices, and accounts are sent to the Super Admin.
If you wish to assign a new member as the Super Admin Contact, that member must already be a Team Admin for the account.
In the Settings section of the Admin Console, select Profile and click Change under Super Admin Contact. When you enter the new contact, the Super Admin Contact will be updated, and the previous Super Admin will be changed to a Team Admin.
