We are glad to welcome you to our Zoho TeamInbox' community forum. Let us quickly get started with the what and why of Zoho TeamInbox.
Zoho TeamInbox, from the makers of Zoho Mail, is a shared inbox tool for teams to enhance collaboration, transparency, and thereby productivity. We tried to make email-based collaboration easier for teams, and let them have a transparent yet secure workspace. Zoho TeamInbox is basically a single app for communication outside the team and collaboration within the team. Take a look at our blog on why we created Zoho TeamInbox.
Feature highlights
Connect your group email addresses like finance@, marketing@ with Zoho TeamInbox and have a single unified inbox for your entire team. Assign threads with owners, conduct discussions with teammates right from your inbox, share email drafts with team, archive conversations once done and every other feature that lets you and your team focus on Inbox Zero.

How can this community space help?
It has been six months now since Zoho TeamInbox was launched for public access, and we've had a lot of feedback and suggestions coming our way. We now wanted to create one another platform for our customers where they can discuss and comment on topics, share ideas and feedback, and get help from product experts and fellow users. We will also use this space to keep you updated on our new features and enhancements.
