@Michele's workflow was being... stubborn. One rule updated a field, but the next rule didn’t even blink. After some helpful nudges from @Anonymous User and a sharp fix from MVP Nik, the floodgates opened—more devs, more automation drama, and a treasure chest of workarounds. The final fix was so simple, it almost felt like the CRM was just being petty.
Developers ZUG Conversations
- Copy-Paste saves time, but it also makes one look like a caveperson, when using it to create the same type of document over and over. That's where dynamic templates come in. @Bassel needed help configuring them and help didn't take long to arrive!
- While working with APIs, has it seemed like you're doing everything right, but something just doesn't make click? That's exactly what happened with @Alex. While our community members tried their best to help, the solution was in the documentation all along!
- In this day and age, data is, for sure, the new oil. Cross-checking someone's privileges before granting them access to data is critical. That's what @Ithiel wanted to achieve through Deluge in Zoho Creator. The solution turned out to be quite simple and effective too!
- When you have access to an ever-growing ecosystem of powerful apps and tools, why would you want to use 3 or 4 different systems? Or in @Buddy's case, 9? Trying to make the whole process efficient, he turned to our community for suggestions, and as always, they didn't disappoint with being generous with their expertise.
- Even though all roads lead to Rome, some definitely offer a much smoother ride. @Olivier needed help with parsing a html string, and even though he found a way to do it himself, our community members chipped it with simpler solutions, one of those even being a secret hidden one!

Hi support team, I created a pivot table report which contains many columns (in my application about 15). The problem is that there is no bottom scroll bar to display colums that does not fit within the browser page. Hi Guys- Considering using SMS to get faster responses from customers that we are helping. Have a bunch of questions; 1) Which provider is better ClickaTell or Screen Magic. Screen Magic seems easier to setup, but appears to be 2x as expensive for United States. I cannot find the sender id for Clickatell to even complete the configuration. 2) Can customer's reply to text messages? If so are responses linked back to the zoho ticket? Hello! I was able to configure my email client successfully in that I can receive messages just fine. However, when I send messages out, they seem to go out fine (I don't receive any errors or anything), but the recipient does NOT receive those messages.Mail is sent twice!
