Zoho Projects - Quarterly Product Updates (July - Sep 2021)

Dear Users,

The year 2021 has been full of achievements for Zoho Projects. We completed 15 years and launched our latest UI (7.0). Through the first half of the year, we fine-tuned our product and ironed out major bugs. In the last quarter, we released some major feature updates and enhancements.

Here is a roundup of some of our major releases in the last quarter (July – Sep):

1. Assign tasks to users from the Resource Utilization chart

Users can be assigned to tasks and their work hours updated directly from the resource utilization chart.

2.Add notes to timers when paused

The timer pause function now supports adding notes.

3. Invoice milestones

Milestones can be invoiced as individual items irrespective of the budget type set when creating a project.

4. Activate or deactivate users in bulk

Multiple users can be now activated or deactivated in a single go.

5. Create task layout rules

Layout rules can be created to control visibility of fields or to create relational fields in the Add Task form.

6. Add disclaimers to your portal

Portal owners can add disclaimers for users signing in to Zoho Projects

7. Push action cards to Microsoft Teams bot

The Microsoft Teams bot now supports action cards that allow you to mark tasks as complete, change their ownership, or add comments.
