Excel App Remote Line Break / Carriage Return Doesn't Work
Scenario: Remote technician uses a windows 10 machine to connect to a remote windows 10 machine (Unattended Remote Access). Once connected, launches Microsoft Excel and edits some cells. Issue is when he/she tries to insert a line break inside of a cell (carriage return), none of the keyboard key combinations work. Zoho Assist mouse control priority
When you use Assist for Remote Support, does the session host giving support to a guest have priority mouse control on the guest's screen. I tried another application when the user was disabled and was using a headmouse and when he moved his head, he moved his mouse and it was impossible for me to take control of his screen as that particular remote desktop application gives priority to the mouse of the guest. server 2019. server keeps going offline for unattended support.... comes online, then disappears randomly, then comes back online, by itself, no interaction for me. I have reinstalled, the unattended as well, still does the same thing.... any ideas

ZOHO Assist Not Connecting
I am evaluating ZOHO Assist, and I've been unable to make connections with the test subjects. The first test was done in house, from another machine. Using the Desktop App, I started the Session, and entered the Session Key at http://join.zoho.com, after acknowledging the Java Runtime and the .exe down/run the Client end just sat at Connecting. No firewall warnings, with Windows Firewall (Default settings). The Second Test was done with a remote computer. Same results. I am apparently missing something,

We recently upgraded to Zoho Assist Enterprise so that we could customize the users' experience when they're interacting with our support staff. We are hoping to be able to direct customers to our support site assist.mydomain.com without having to go to the additional step of typing "/join". Is there a way to set it up so we only need to tell customers to go to the root subdomain and not type the additional /join. Is this possible? Thanks!

I am the only person with access, so I shut down Zoho Assist and instantly changed my password and added two factor authentication. I just turned my PC on this evening and the same thing happened. I noticed I need to use the hotkey meny to send shortcuts. I was hoping to send hotkeys just by focusing on the remote session. Is that possible?
Zoho Assist OTP
I am locked out of Zoho Assist because it requires a mobile number for an OTP, however my number has been used on another account. I don't have another number, meaning I am locked out of Assist. The message says it's for security, however I already have Zoho OneAuth and Google Authenticator enabled for 2FA. There is absolutely no need for yet another auth method. Please either disable this completely unnecessary request, or let me know which account has already used my mobile number.

Can you please add computer description or some identification that is shown on user side for unatended instalation. So that user can say , this is computer named "something", that would prevent any confusion if computer is accidentally named wrong
My Zoho Assist Unattended Client is asking for Session ID when I try to connect to it
This computer is definitely running in unattended mode. I have been using it in that mode for over a year but suddenly Zoho needs a remote support Session ID when I try to connect. I rebooted the client computer and it's still asking for it. Thanks!
unassisted assist copy-paste credentials / autologin
copy-paste of credentials/passwords (Windows Login) does not work. We tryed with the Windows Application, HTML5 and ActiveX setting on Web. File Transfer Dialog
Hi, Just an Idea or recommendation that will make Assist more easy to work with. When sending a file this dialog appears on the screen: If we need to change the location where the file is going to be copy and press 'Change Location" we get a dialog for that but behind this first dialog: We then need to move the file transfer dialog to be able to select the location. It would be less annoying and very nice that the File Location dialog appears on top and not behind the first dialog. I hope you can
Anyone else have white boxes when connecting to Mac?
Whever I connect to my 2012 Mac Mini server (1TB SSD 16 GB RAM) I can't see the contents of any window. They just look like white boxes. also, the area where the desktop icons are is also just a giant white box. Any idea what is causing this? I want to love this remote solution and it has been pretty flawless everywhere else but I need to connect to this and 5 similar machines with some regularity. Accessing remoting view of work pc rather than actual view
Hi, I'm looking for a solution. I have staff working at home remoting into their work pc's and I have zoho assist deployed to these machines. Is there a way I can use zoho assist to remote into the remoting session? Currently when I remote into the work pc's I can not see what my staff see. I am only looking at what I would see if I went into the office and switched on the work monitor. Thanks

Hello Am I correct in thinking my customers can install the plugin as per screen shot and I then give them a session ID to access there computer. I have tried it a few times with no luck. They get a message to check the ID is correct.
Full File Browser Functionality
Right now users can select a specific file to transfer across. It works fine for single files. For more complex tasks it would be extremely helpful to have a view that showed a full file browser of both the local machine and remote machine side by side and let you browse and select files & folder to copy across. This is the one feature that keeps us from moving fully from Logmein Rescue for unattended access, and we hope this feature it's coming.
Download Button in Internet Explorer
My team and I are noticing that users accessing through Internet Explorer cannot download the application. They click the download button but nothing happens. I have tested it myself as well.
Can access remote Windows Machine from Mac running macOS 10.15.4.
Installed the system update to macOS 10.15.4 yesterday. Now I can't access my remote Windows computer. The remote screen appears, but no controls (the 2 side panels) appear and no mouse or keyboard input does anything.
Start Now - Starting Support Session
When clicking on "Start Now" it constantly loops through "Starting Support Session". At no point does it connect or allow customers to join the session.
Unattended Access not working
Click on Connect and it comes up with Please wait Starting Support Session Trouble is, it never goes any further. Same issue on multiple sites. With the Covid-19 crisis this is disasterous and I would have expected Zoho to have some sort of acknowledgement of the issue on their website. Unfortunately i cannot see any reference other than on this forum.

Grant Access to 1 machine for 2 users
We have an issue where 2 ZoHo Assist users need access to the same PC for a duration of time. (One user is training the other and both will need access to the one PC) In installing the free version, it wouldn't allow 2 users to have access to the same PC. Is there a way around that? I had to say it was OK for the installer to replace to prior person's email/account for the new person. Thank you

The Remote Support services are up and accessible all across the globe, while we have an intermittent network issue with our primary Service Provider for Unattended Access. Cannot Log ing
I can't log in to my devices and I can't get in touch with technical support. Please let me know if this is going to be the norm. We work remotely and can't access the system for hours.
