Hi Zoho Team When inviting my customers to join a remote session via the Zoho Desk ticket, they receive an email that looks like below. Hello , I've initiated a Remote Support session regarding your ticket, <#229664000005715001: Potentially unwanted application file >. It would help me view your computer and resolve the ticket quickly. As you can see, it doesn't contain the correct ticket number, just a long string of numbers. Hopefully you can resolve this. Zoho Assist Unattended access is not opening
Hello, I'm trying to connect to a laptop registered on unattended access. The laptop is physically present in another country and I'm in India. When we try to open the Unattended access tab, it keeps on loading and none of the devices are displayed. My other colleagues residing there are able to access in instant. Zoho Assist session time inquiry
Hello, Is there a way for have time automatically added to a Zoho Desk ticket from the time spent during a Zoho Assist session? I know a session summary including the time spent is added to the ticket notes, but it would be nice if this time was automatically added to the tickets time. Thanks, Josh
Unattended Multi Monitors Error
I recently upgraded to Zoho Assist Professional. Once I upgraded, I started receiving an error message on my unattended PC's when I attempted to change monitors; "You're currently in free edition. Automatically Track Time in Zoho Desk for Zoho Assist sessions
Hello, We have Time Tracking set to Automatic in Zoho Desk. We have the Zoho Assist integrated into our desk. Is there a way to set Zoho Desk to automatically add the time spent during the Zoho Assist session into the time history for a ticket? Zoho Assist invites not going out
I'm new to Zoho Assist so perhaps I'm missing something. I'm thinking of switching over from Teamviewer, but so far have found the invite by email functionality of Zoho to be non-functional. Invites simply don't reach the customer. They can use the link I send and I assume they can also join using join.zoho.com by entering the session ID I give them. For me, the invitation feature is important in representing a trusted email from me to my clients. Can you let me know why this is not working.

1. When searching devices , it would be nice if it would also show results with all devices from group with that name. Hi I would have to say the level of branding allowed is definitely underwhelming. Compared to your opposition it is virtually non-existant I would have thought the widget at least should be customisable for at least the logo, everything is zoho assist with a token effort to add our logo in
zoho assist desktop does not remember me
when i fill up the login screen of assist desktop, i can mark a "remember me" checkbox. i think this would help me, that i don't have to give all credentials again, when i start assist desktop 20 min later.... the browser plugin works very well i think this is a problem
"There is no disk in the drive..." (solved)
When I try to connect to one particular computer (Windows 8) that has Unattended Access installed on it, the remote computer has a box that pops up on its screen saying: [ZMAgent.exe - No Disk] X There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:. I have to have someone at the remote computer click on Cancel or Continue before my Zoho Assist finally connects to that computer. Unattended Remote Access - Join, not Connect
Hi, i have been using the Unattended Remote Access, which allowed me to connect a desktop at home. It had been working fine, but first for some reason it went offline if idle for a while: I think I fixed that by changing the setting on changing it to never go sleep. But now I have an issue that while it reads online, it does not have 'Connect' status, but 'Join'. And I see the 'you will be able to access the remote device shortly' message running, but it does not connect... Any ideas?

Mass Deploy to Liinux Computers
I have a script that automatically runs the install of the agent on my linux boxes. The problem is if the box was already installed previously it shows up more than once with the exact same hostname in the Unattended listing. Is there a way to install that will not overwrite if it is already there or is there an option to deleted multiple items for delete from the interface?

Remote Assist Reboot - User can't login
Last night one of our support agents was using Zoho Assist doing a remote assist session. A reboot was required. Upon rebooting the Windows 10 user says he can't login and that he is getting an invalid password error. Is this a known problem? Any thoughts? Awaiting customer to arrive at work today to attempt safe mode boot.

zoho assist desktop says offline
i just installed zoho assist on 3 windows 7 desktops in my office. it works fine on 2. but the third one it when viewed remotely via unattended access appears as offline. i know its not offline bc I can see it across the room. also if i am at it I can access the other pcs with zoho assist. ie they are not offline to it but it is offline to them. very odd. please help
zoho unattended installer - network connectivity not present
Hi, I have a win10x64 pro machine on which i have zoho desktop, i am logged in to zoho web, and able to start a zoho remote session to other unattended devices and manage them. Can someone please tell why the ZA unattended agent setup (installer) exits with: "Configuring unattended access failed due to the following reason: The network connectivity is not present or not started." I see the agent installed, i can start it, but it does not log in even though i have already added as allowed app to firewall.

Black or blank screen by default for certain unattended PCs
I saw this as an earlier topic but it was not finished. I see that I can on purpose blank out a remote screen, but we need the ability to have the screen blacked out on sensitive machines by default, and not to have to rely on the remote user remembering to black out the screen when they connect. Unable to connect to unattended clients

Firefox Extension Signing
HI, Since Firefox version 48, Extension signing is now mandatory, that is cannot be overridden using the previous "xpinstall.signatures.required : false" config change. This has caused the Zoho Assist Firefox plugin to be disabled in my browser and cannot be used. Are there any plans to get the Zoho Assist plugin updated and signed to resolve this? Thanks, Paul
Representative's console stops responding and has to refresh/reload
For some unknown reason and on a random basis, the remote session seems to drop/stop responding. After a few seconds (10-30) the screen seems to reload on the remote computer then starts responding again. I primarily connect using the unattended computers option. Why does this happen?
Windows 10 OS and some applications stop responding on remote machine
The remote computer is unstable after connecting to an unattended Windows 10 computer. The local user nor I can close some apps. Sometimes we can't even get the computer to restart without holding down the power button. Disconnecting the remote session doesn't clear the issue. Connect button greyed out
Ive installed unattended access on 6 machines, but 1 of the machines says its online but the Connect button is greyed out. All the others are fine. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but same issue. Nothing special about this machine, its a windows 7 machine like all the others.
Customer clipboard limit exceeded
I attempted to remote into my computer and had to create a report in excel. I attempted to copy data from my SQL Management Studio Server and upon doing so, received an error that clipboard limit was exceeded. I know my computer is capable of copying the data because I copy more data than the data set I was working with locally. I was using Chrome to connect. Both systems were Windows 10. Please provide a solution as this is one requirement that we need to take on this product in full.
Zoho Assist just dropped connection and won't reconnect
I was just using Assist to work on a machine in a different location. Then it just stopped. I lost the connection. When I try to reconnect, it just keeps me waiting. Hi to all. I'm trying trial version of Zoho Unattended Assist with 3 windows and 2 linux machines (one is raspberry pi). Few days ago I'm experimenting a problem with the linux remote machines. Connection is made without problems but after that there is no more response, in all linux remote machine. No click response, no mouse movement response. No problems in windows remote machines. Hi, We need install Technician remote exe on programs files, because the Software Restriction Policies. (Cant run EXE in profile folders) There is any installer? (Not Unattended software) And other problem is about PROXY settings. We have a huge WPAD proxy script configuration and the Zoho Assist Software same times not work. Can I restrict technicians to only certain computers?
We are considering switching from LogMeIn to Zoho. So far everything seems great. One issue we are having though is I cannot figure out how to restrict technicians so they can only connect to certain computers. We will eventually have around 500 machines in Zoho, and we want some techs to have access to all of them. We would also seperately like to have other techs be able to log in but only see one or two computers, is this possible? I can add techs to different departments but I cannot figure
I have the Free Assist plugin for Chrome on my Windows Computer
I use my Google login. I sent the assist request to my son who is running Linux Mint 19.1. It asked him to download an app called connect, it downloaded (connect 64 bit) but no right click menu options showing up like the instructions say. When he clicks on connect it says it doesn't know what package to open it with. I just want to remotely help him on his laptop. I don't need him to be able to remote into anywhere. In fact I don't even need unattended, just to be able to remote in when he needs
