Gravity forms to Zoho CRM plugin issues
I am having trouble getting gravity form entries to show up in Zoho. Form entries are being captured by gravity forms, but is not showing up in Zoho CRM. We are not sure why we are having this problem because one of our gravity forms goes to Zoho properly,Mac OS X Outlook 2011 Integration
I'm here to cast my vote! We would very much like to see Zoho develop integration with Mac OS X version of OUTLOOK. I believe there are many potential customers out there! A great many people are now using Outlook for Mac. I know of a number of people even in our own company who would look favorably on such a development. Others? Hello I am checking ZOHO Free CRM and I have downloaded and installed the Plug-in for MS Outlook 2003. It seem everything is OK and the plug-in icon appears in Control Panel (Add-remove programs) but anything is added in Outlook, nor toolbar nor menu or new icon. After checking similar issues in the Forum and other ideas on the web, I have tried to add COM in Outlook 2003 (Tools->Options, Other tab->Advanced options->COM) but ZOHO plug-in is not shown in the combo list and it is not possible toNeed to set value in the gender dropdown.

All the contacts in our Zoho CRM database were created by user X. When I log in as user Y using the Outlook plugin and sync contacts, it reports that there are no contacts to sync. Hi, When I click a link in the outlook plug in for CRM it always tries to open the link in Internet Explorer, even though my default browser is Chrome. I even disabled Internet Explorer altogether in the Windows features and when I click the link nothing happens. I take it that this is hard coded in? Hi folks, I am trialling the Outlook 2010 plugin for Zoho CRM. In Outlook I have several different mail accounts from which I send emails to contacts.I have these all under the same profile so that I can read multiple inboxes without having to exit and restart Outlook. I am not sure that this is possible now, and if not, this should seriously be considered for a future release -- I currently sync Outlook with Zoho CRM for contacts, calendar and tasks. Hi. We used Outlook 2010 (32-bit) version, and just had our sales team install the Outlook Plug-In for CRM. I received a couple of inquiries from the sales team regarding the ZOHO to Outlook Calendar sync. If they establish the appointment in their Outlook calendar, it automatically syncs to their ZOHO calendar. So far, so good. If, however, they establish the appointment in their ZOHO calendar, they need to manually sync the calendar for it to appear in Outlook. Hi, I am currently testing the Outlook plugin, it works quite well. I am using the "Send and add to Zoho CRM" functionality. I send mails to Leads that aren't already in our Zoho system. Zoho automatically creates a new Lead (and that's fine). Yet, the plugin creates a new Lead with the name is the username of the lead e-mail. For instance, if I send a mail to john.doe@domain.com. Zoho creates a new lead filling the name with john.doe (even if I sent a mail to "John Doe <john.doe@domain.com>"). IsOutlook Add On Plug In
