When creating large documents, the one function I am really missing is to add different headers! This great little function for working with document chapters, so Section One is about Introduction. The Header has title Introduction and gets a blue text box, next section is about Etc. and gets a red text box. Each Section is still has its own headings but can you know chapter you need to find once you 300 page document is done! Hi, i am using the latest Zoho sync for Ubuntu 14.04 64bit. When i add a file, it replicates the file up >150 times! eg (Report.odt, Report(1).odt, Report(2).odt, Report(3).odt, ......The strange thing is that when i delete the copies i also deletes the original file. On a laptop I'm able to see my actual doc on only the bottom 2/3 of the screen. The top third is taken up with browser's address bar and tabs, then the site's name and a lot of white space for doc name, then the app's tabs, then menu bar with tons of icons, and then the formula bar (in the case of Sheet). FINALLY, after all that, we see the doc itself. On a laptop that means the upper left corner of a doc, almost not enough to be able to work effectively. Being one of the more discussed topics on our forums and with customers being unaware of collaborators roles in deleting files in workspaces, we decided to cover this topic. Previously in Zoho Docs, only the owner of the workspace could delete the document that was shared with collaborators. But now it is possible for collaborators to delete a document, which they do not require in their shared workspaces. Collaborators can now delete a file from their shared workspace by following these steps: SelectCollaborators can't delete files they don't own. Dear Zoho Team, We are still waiting for ability to delete files in workspaces, available to collaborators. Are you going to provide this? And i'd like to report another misfeature: if i share a file to workspace and then delete it from my files, it's still displayed in the files list in each workspace i've shared it to. There is a feature called 'Zip' to select multiple files and store the zip file also but there is no option to download separate files. The Zoho Docs app is a great app, but I think many can agree that it lacks a rather desired functionality: the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Ok, here's something that would be EXTREMELY useful. My life would be made so much easier if there was a way for Zoho to program an extension for Microsoft Office applications. As it is right now I have to save a file from a MS office application to my computer. Then I log in to Zoho and upload the file. If I want to change the file I need to use my browser to get to Zoho, download it, open it with MS office, save a local copy, and then upload it to Zoho again.
