Zoho Mobile App Not Working
Hey there, I recently donwloaded the Zoho Mail app on my phone but its not working. The mails do not load well and its like the whole app is just not working. I tried downloading the app on another phone and its working fine. When I use the app in my phone, it really just does not work. At first, the app shows that there are no mails, After that it takes around 5 seconds (and its not an internet issue as it works just fine on my other phone) and then it shows the mails. Task button problems
Every time I’m in timesheets and enter a task it cuts out of the app completely so I’m unable to log any times to a task. I’ve iPhone 8 it’s updated and other than this problem I don’t have any . This problem started 3 days ago. Please help

Send as Group email on mobile app
I have created a group. Eg. Sales@123.com. I have already enabled allow to send as Group. I have no issue composing mail as sales@123.com on my desktop. However I cannot do so on my mobile phone. Drop down arrow also only shows my personal email. How to I send as Group on mobile app?
Signature shows up on desktops but not mobile.
I have a signature that is an uploaded image that works great when opening on a desktop but if anyone opens it on a mobile device it is just an empty rectangle. Any thoughts?

Does 'outbox delay' config in Mail Lite client affect mail mobile sending?
Hello - If I setup the outbox delay in zoho mail client lite for 10 minutes, will this setting also be used in my mail mobile app? Just wondering if I set it in one spot if the setting will follow me to all other avenues of sending email. (client or server setting?)

Mobile App: Viewing all time sheets
I love the new view in the mobile iOS app that lets us see ALL TIME SHEETS. Would it be possible to add the viewing of live timers of all users as well? as an admin, I constantly check in on where my employees are, and what they are working on. I do this by checking the live timers status on the web app. having this in the mobile app would be great.
Clocking in and out on app
Good morning Can you please advise if there is way to allow clocking in and out on the projects app? I can only see an option to log time in hours whereas on the desktop version you can start and stop a timer on a task. We are very interested in having our engineers use this to manage jobs more efficiently. Many thanks in advance Kate
Mobile CRM- task view not correct
Hi we have a task view on our desktop which we use as a daybook and it is filtered to show only tasks that have daybook written in and status is not closed. It works great. The problem is that on the phone it shows closed daybook tasks as well. Plus the big problem is the speed, sometimes it can take hours before we see the task when we are mobile which is a problem as tasks drive most companies. Any ideas p[lease.
Unable to see email activity
I am curious to know how to see any email activity that has taken place between myself and a contact from the mobile app. It is extremely convenient to have this feature in the app, but as of right now it looks like the Zillow app does not have the schedule ability? Can a Zoho representative please clarify whether this feature is available, and if not, when you will be making it available?
Mobile App and Web App not showing same records
Steps to reproduce issue: User1 creates accounts, contacts and leads User1 transfers the accounts, contacts and leads to User2 due to promotion User2 then shares the accounts, contacts and leads to User3 as read-write +related records User2 creates new leads and shares them with User3 User3 can only see the items shared by User2 IF User2 created them. If User1 created them they are not visible in the Mobile App. They are visible to User3 via a browser.
Events in Zoho CRM MOBILE APP
(We are using new Samsung Android Devices) I made an event for one of my field techs. Put in the address. He came up to me with his event open on his mobile app. there are four tiny buttons at the bottom: an envelope, a blip with a check mark, a map, and a phone. check mark "checks me in". The map doesn't seem to do anything? Shouldn't it navigate to the event's location??
Too many notifications on my mobile app
I have the Zoho Desk mobile app on my iphone as do some of my coworkers. We all don't get the same number of notifications. Some get what seems to be the expected amount, others get hundreds and one person got over 10,000+ in a day. Our settings all look the same. Why would this be happening? How do/Can we limit the number of notifications received to specific actions?

Reordering tasks
Hi ! I'm starting a project and for now adding tasks in no specific order under the general task-list. Now, I like to reorder them. They don't have a completion date or urgency set. However I'm wondering how to move them. I tried the kanban view with no much success. I'm using an iPad Pro as main device. Neither via Safari browser, not with the iOS app, moving tasks seem obviously available. So, how can I achieve this ? Thanks

iOS App Zoho Card Scan
Good day, how can I add additional values to the app? I scan regulary business cards, but I would like to add them to the custom field values I created in my Zoho CRM. But it looks like that in the app it is fix to choose one from the given values. For example how do we get the lead, I do not need "cold call" but I would like to add the certain event. Conditional Layout Problem: Unable to hide subforms on CRM mobile app

"Select all" in Zoho writer app, iOS.
I'm using the Zoho Writer app on my iPhone, and it's great. The only thing I seem to be missing is the option to "select all" text in a document. This document is 17 pages long already, and I want to change the font of the entire thing, but can only lyrics select one word then drag the maker to the bottom of the screen, then scroll, then grab the marker and drag it again. Surely there's a "select all" option?

Calendar in mobile app? ever coming?
I feel like this was promised many times. is this coming? currently in the mobile app we can only see our tasks that are due today (monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday). I have no idea what tasks are due Wednesday or Thursday etc. Even if it was in list form, but separated by days of the months with day numbers that would be huge.
Android Mail: conversation view re-enables automatically
After disabling conversation view in the Android Mail app, it is later re-enabled on its own. I would prefer to have it remain off. Anyone else with this issue? Note that I haven't yet been able to determine the trigger re-enables conversation view. I attempted stopping and restarting the Zoho Mail app, so it doesn't appear to re-enable on startup.
Calendar view for tasks?
Possible to show a calendar view for tasks in the mobile app? its currently only possible to filter tasks based on TODAY and TOMORROW. I'd like to see what tasks I have 3 days from now, 4 days from now, etc - separated by day. ideally with the calendar DATE as the header.
on iOS app, timers record the wrong date
i just used the timer feature on a task in the iOS app, and when i stopped the task, the timesheet recorded as if it were created yesterday instead of today. I tried it a few times and got the same results. This is NOT an issue on the web app on desktop.
Feature to enable App Notifications for Events ONLY (So we don't miss important meetings)
**The ability to be notified/reminded of upcoming business meetings (events) WITHOUT all the other notifications. I've missed a couple of meetings which I've put into the CRM because I have the mobile app notifications turned OFF. I have it turned OFF because I don't want to received notifications all day of tasks etc... (especially when I am in front of my computer all day so I get the notifications there). Would this be possible?
iOS app notifications
how do we configure what emails we get through iOS and what we get through email? i'd like to get no email notifications, and all iOS notifications. It seems like we only get a handful of notifications on iOS. for instance, i dont get notifications for comments, only through email notifications. I dont get notifications when someone completes a task i assign them, again i only get it through email. this is very frustrating. Is there a place that documents what we should and shouldnt be getting?

can I make quotations with crm's android app? or can it only be from the app books?
When stopping a timer, prompt us for notes
please give the option to prompt for user notes when stopping a timer. especially in the iOS app. We like to know what was done on each time. I know they can EDIT the timesheet after they stop the timer, but thats an extra step that we shouldnt need to explain to every one of our employees. Thanks!

The error it gives me is that the records of this view have not yet been synchronized with the server, this may be due to an interminate network situation, to design changes made to the desktop and not synchronized with the application and may need to be performed. manual intervention to solve the problem

if I goto my projects app, and I click on documents, and then I click on a zoho sheet, it doenst allow me to open this in the zoho sheets app.. is that right?
Mobile Custom Modules not showing
Should the custom modules that I have created (Enterprise version) show in Zoho Mobile ? I have all the other module showing correctly (Leads, Contacts, Transactions, Tasks, Events, Calls, Companies) and nothing else, I have created several custom modules and would like to have access to them on my mobile phone. Issue with CRM Mobile App when wanting to change task owner
Hi, On the Zoho CRM mobile app (I use iPhone), when I try to assign or change the owner of a task, it only shows me (admin user) and one other user. The other 2 users are not shown as an option on the mobile app, but are shown on the desktop CRM. Anyone have an idea as to what is going wrong?
