Zoho CRM Reports Module on Mobil App
I have the mobile app and the reports module doesn't appear in the sidebar for some reason. I saw a Youtube video where the user had the Reports module on mobile. Is there a setting to show it on mobile? Thanks.Add a second account in zoho mail android app

I set up my account with my gmail account ID. Then I bought my iPhone and discovered your mobile site. So I followed the instructions to get a new password, which I've done. I can log in to the regular site fine with my straight ID (with no email domain), but cannot login to the mobile site from either my MacBook or my iPhone. My question is: Does the ZOHO smartphone app automatically sync offline entries (entries made without a wifi or cellular data)? I have tweaked CRM for what I need and have removed all of the extra info I do not. Why is it that Mobile continues to show all of these fields. Hi, I have a HTC HD2 (T-Mobile) running on Windows Mobile 6.5. I have set my phone's email client to the settings listed here http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-on-my-mobile-phone but I can't log on to my email account. I have other email accounts on my phone which I can log on to using my phone's email client. Is there a way to view "notes" in the app. When I click on leads in my app I don't see any notes however on my laptap I do? Also once a lead is turned into a potential the notes disappear . Is the only way to view them under accounts? Thanks in advanceSite Service Call Recording
Hi I'm looking for an application that allows me to record site visits to customers via smart phone. I have the Zoho CRM app on iPhone but it's limited. I'd like to record a site visit, lets say as a "Case", (Cases are not available in the Zoho CRM app) and have a field where my customer can sign as form of acceptance. I created a game for our team and today I'm noticing that activities, like adding notes, are not being counted in the game or towards badges when made from the mobile app. Works fine from desktop. I feel like that is critical as most sales activity updates, like notes, are from the road and I must have missed a step in setting this up. Hi We've set up a new user with various permissions on their role and visibility to different screen. For example, the user us unable to edit contacts, or accounts or to add any additional contacts or accounts. The only visible tabs they have are Contacts, Accounts and Activities (Tasks). This all works fine when user logs in via their browser. But for some reason when we installed the iPhone App it gives them access to everything like and Administrator. So they can still see for example the PotentialsCRM mobile tasks not syncing properly
i have many tasks that show up in my iPhone app for Zoho CRM as not completed (e.g. not started, or in progress), yet they have all be correctly marked as complete in my online CRM instance. how do i clear out all these old tasks from my CRM mobile app? yes, I know that i can open each of them in mobile and mark them as completed, but there are hundreds! besides this will over-write the correct completion date which is already in the online version for these tasks. note, the problem may be relatediPhone / iPad app closing when trying to upload new contact

When I look at leads in CRM mobile for Android, the 2 fields shown for each record are "Lead Name" and "email". Can I change these? I'd like to see other fields instead. I have a blackberry bold 9700 and am unable to make posts from by blackberry. I have used the notive browser as well as opera. Is there any way to make a post from my hand held device? Zoho works so well with my phone for other things i cant believe the forum of all things does not work. I can click the post reply buton but am unable to type in the post field. I'm using the "Zoho Sheet" app on my iphone 6 (iOS 10.0.2) in parallel to the browser on the PC. Up to Tuesday or Monday it was working fine, I was able add data to the sheets when I was on the road. But since Tuesday (2016/10/11) the application hangs when I try to display a sheet, on the upper screen the rotating circle is visible with text "Verarbeitung ..." (German for "processing"). Can you view zoho contacts while signed into m.zoho.com? You can access mail,calendar,docs but no contacts icon. The only place i found contacts while on the Zoho mobile site is under composing a new email. You can select TO and it will bring up your contacts to add to your email but thats it. I just signed up for Zoho and imported a spreadsheet. It works fine on the computer. I downloaded the app on Android, logged in and I can see the doc. When I try to open it I get the following: "Error in loading" That's it. No other details. I copied the doc and the copy does the same thing. Still opens on the computer, but not on my phone. Hi, The new Blackberry OS7 browser is more than capable of running the touch based mobile interface you supply which has access to Invoice and CRM but as the browser reports itself as from Blackberry it always reverts to the old mobile website. I'm migrating notes from Evernote to Zoho Notebook by selecting all the text in a note in Evernote, choosing the Share... command in the menu that appears over the selection, and selecting Notebook as the destination. When I reply a ticket from desktop, it doesn't have ticket id in the subject and it's great. When I reply a ticket from Zoho desk mobile, Zoho adds ticket id in the subject and I don't want that. Please help in this matter.
