Workaround for Workflow Triggered by Workflow
I've been told by Zoho Support that a Workflow that is triggered by a field update will not be triggered if that field update is done by another Workflow. I'm hoping that someone has found a workaround for this. Let me explain my use case and maybe someone has a better idea: Our application upserts new accounts when they become a customer via API. It will update the Account Status field to Customer as well as some other important fields having to do with our customer journey. I then have a workflow

Hey guys, I've been using a tool called NiftyQuoter to create proposals for the last few months. I really like it because proposals look terrific out of the box, you can see when a client opens the proposal, clients can approve them and pay online, you can add photos and a individualised blurb for each project, the product has great support etc. I set it up for one of my clients and they like it too but are concerned about the cost as they scale and also don't like the lack of integration with Zoho

Hello, I'm just getting started with Zoho and I'm very overwhelmed. I am currently using the free trial of Zoho One, but if I can figure it out, I intend to upgrade to the paid version. Zoho One, of course, gives me access to an entire suite of services/applications. We have been searching for options for a production planning or MRP that will integrate with Zoho. Zoho Creator is pushed as a platform that can have an MRP built from scratch but we would like to find more of an out of the box solution and modify it to fit our needs. Why is Zoho Support so bad these days?
We're loyal Zoho One customers but wow the support is beyond horrible. 1. All support tickets turn into extremely long and wacky back and forth exchanges that cover days to weeks...Even for extremely minor requests. 2. The language barrier is INSANE.

I would like to include a field in my analytics tables to include the name associated with the ID. For instance, in activity table we need to include the user name associated with the user ID instead of the ID. Can someone advise how to accomplish this?
