Hi, I have Zoho Recruit and I need an extra menu for "leads". I currently have candidates, clients etc but I would like to add one called "leads" which when I have success with I can then convert into a client or candidate contact. Can this be done? Any help would be much appreciated and this would solve a lot of problems for us.Zia Rating
The Zia Rating is a neat idea to help jump to some initial candidates first. However Zia cannot scan any candidate without a resume attached. All of the candidates without resumes attached have filled out provides including all of the information that would be on a resume so I'm not sure why Zia cannot use that data. In fact I would prefer it since then I know the data is being scanned properly where as who knows if the PDF is actually parsed properly. Just a future suggestion for improvements, sinceimport merge fields for job templates
Hello, When we want to create a new job in Recruit (to publish it on jobboards later), we do not want to spend too much time doing it. That's why the autopopulate address fields is a good feature, it's a good start not having to search for addresses each time, especially because we already fill the client page details with it. So good job Zoho ! Then, if we want to earn more time, we can create some job templates for roles that we often have to work on. Hello, In Zoho Recruit each job opening has a pipeline that contains stages. I would like to know if it is possible to reflect those candidates' numbers in a report. Like adding a column to a report that summarizes the number of candidates in each stage, for instance, the number of associated candidates that are in the "Submissions" stage of the job opening. Hi - It would be great to be able to add multi-line fields in Blueprint transitions. We have had great success using blue print transitions in the job order qualification process. The challenge is that multi-line fields cannot be specified as required fields to populate in a blueprint transition. If you could look into allowing that it would be beneficial. Hi, Ii would be so cool if we could bulk update candidate records using more that one criteria. We use candidate codes, we work in a complex industry so most candidates have multiple functional codes, industry codes etc. It would be great to be able to update these using bulk coding. It is a customized effort which we require to be implemented on our Zoho recruit. We want that Upwork and Freelancer and other such freelancing websites get integrated into our Zoho Recruit, so that, any communication which we do with the candidates from those websites gets directly recorded on our Zoho recruit and we don't have to move back and forth by opening any other application other than Zoho. I have a question: How do i rate a candidate, add tags & change status in 1 click Right now it's pretty cumbersome. I click on a candidate profile - Review the profile and star it accordingly. Now again i go back and click on the candidate profile to change the status. Do you know how tedious it can become when you have hundreds of candidates to review? Well, it's easier said than done. Hello, it would be very helpful, if, in case of changing a status of the candidate, job opening, etc., there would be the name of the status/action in the headline of the Note. At the moment it is marked only as a general Note and it makes a mess in the notes overview. It is not possible to quickly see or identify the exact note in the notes overview/list. Hi, At the moment to create a candidate I normally email the candidate resume to Zoho to create the candidate profile etc. However, this process can take a little bit of time and it would be ideal if it was possible to drag and drop a resume into Zoho which would immediately start the parser which then immediately created the candidate profile. There is no option to customize the client portal. I need to have the ability to decide what all information I want to show a particular client, and this may change from client to client. The Submit Evaluation for Interviews is WAY too restrictive. We have a multi-step interview process...so the Interview Status included do not fit. This should be able to be customized to fit the organization's hiring process. We have to used the Review area instead, but one recommendation on this area would be to have the Rating be a culmination of the reviews rather than a reflection of the most recent review for number of Stars Rating.Interview feature needs to be able to adapt to multiple time zones
