Disappointing video resolution
We have been doing some live webinars and the picture quality seems really poor - when a presentation is loaded the small video seems better but not the best as we predominately do presentation free webinars. The situation is that we have the main camera focused on the trainer and the resolution become poor. our speeds are pretty good (40Mb upload and download speeds) (Chrome) Is there anyway of improving this for the attendees?Complaint about Chat Box stuck in Zoho Showtime viewer

Folks - we are seeing duplicate reminder emails being sent to all people who registered to a showtime session. If we have a reminder for 1 day before and 1 hour before registered attendees are getting two emails each time. Due to this some of them are marking us as spam and is becoming a major problem affecting our attendance to the web sessions we are creating. Any fix for this? I have built a flow to automatically add registration to a Showtime Remote Session. The flow is triggered when a Zoho Form is submitted and the details submitted are used to register the person to the session. While the Test & Debug shows that the flow works, the live flow always fails with the error message "integration disabled in showtime." It happens that participants might mispel their names(!) and right now, the only way to fix this is by denying the registration to the wrong profile and ask the participant to register again. This missing functionality is even more detrimental if the session is paid, because refunding the ticket and having the customer re-purchase means that i'll be incurring bank charges twice. Hi there, 1. The predefined registration fields are not getting sync with the contact module of CRM. However the predefined registration fields are getting sync with Lead module. I need help, please. My first online live class it today in several hours. I launched a quick test session and to my despair, hear a terrible echo of myself speaking, even before starting the broadcast when audio and video settings are displayed. What should I do? During a broadcast session (3 participants + trainer) we had issues with Audio/Video such as individual participants not hearing the trainer, or trainer video feed does not reach all participants. This was somehow resolved by refreshing the browser and connectivity restored, but it is an issue.ZOHO Showtime Trial Version - HD Recording Quality Issue
Hello, I'd like to be able to use ZOHO ShowTime to record Webinars and send to clients, but the recordings on the Trial Version are poor quality. I thought the Trial recording was from the Professional Package (HD), so I'm not sure what is the issue or a solution. Even when I upload documents instead of using screen share, the quality isn't high. I'd like to convert to a paid plan if I can get better quality. Please advise...
