New Survey Link doesn't work...
Hi, I've just created a new survey and at the end I got the link to access the survey. When I click on it though... the page keeps loading until times out. For some reason, the responses of at least one person who responded to my survey were not collected! We are users of creator and recently started creating triggered emails to submit forms directly into Zoho Creator. Problem is that in Creator we use the YYYY-MM-DD format for all dates, as this greatly improves sorting functions etc. But when trying to send date information form Survey triggered events, you can not choose the date format of YYYY-MM-DD!!! It is difficult to review a questionnaire with complex logic in Zoho. I have a survey that is set to remember and repopulate answers for returning visitors. On regular forms fields such as name, email, demographic, dropbox etc all values are "sticky" when a visitor returns to the page. However, slider values do not appear to be sticky. Hi there, Several respondents have this morning reported that there survey access no longer includes all there previous answers they had completed in deployment of stage 1 and 2. We released stage 3 on thursday night and didn't have anyone advise of any issues. The end page of my survey should not be this one, I was talking to Zoho support yesterday and showed the guy, though he refreshed the page and it showed up with the correct end page when we were checking through the survey. Though it is still shows this wrong end page which was in fact an older end page that I no longer have, as I have updated the wording. We are trying ZOHO Survey, Campaign, and CRM for our business. The Survey we have created does not resize correctly for mobile, especially iOS. The format of the survey is closer to the tablet size preview, which makes taking the survey very difficult on smart phones. We anticipate that 50% of our respondents will use mobile. There are smart templates in Campaign (which we are using) that fit mobile, why does our Survey not resize correctly for mobile?
