Through Custom Labels, you can set personalized terminologies for Event Types, Users, and Resources that suit your business. For example, if you are providing financial consultations, you can refer to your employees as "Consultants" instead of "Users". The rephrased text will replace the default terms in all places inside Zoho Bookings and booking pages.

3. Steps to set custom labels

Note: This label gets applied to your entire Bookings org.

1. Click the Admin Center icon  in the top-right corner of the Bookings menu bar. 
2. Under Product Customizations, select Custom Labels. 
   
   
3. Click the Edit button on the right side of the required label.  
   
4. Enter the label suitable for your business. Under One, enter the singular form of the label, and under Many, enter the plural form. Click Save.
   Info: The character limit for the labels is 50.
   
   
   

Let's say, you've set the custom labels as below. 
Event Types  ---> Consultations

Users            ---> Consultants

Resource      ---> Conference Rooms

Now the options in your Bookings will show the customized labels. Note that in the below picture, the following terms have changed. 

This will also be shown on the booking page when the customer books an appointment.
