Integration Field

Integration Field allows the users to update data from Zoho CRM. By enabling this feature, the user can establish a relationship between the data in Zoho Projects and the data in Zoho CRM.

Your Zoho CRM portal should be integrated with Zoho Projects to enable the integration field. 
Notes
The Integration Field supports the following field types from Zoho CRM:
Single Line, Text, URL, Date, Double, Numeric, Integer, Phone, Multiline, and Email.
  1. Click   in the top navigation band.
  2. Navigate to Customization > Layouts and Fields > Projects.
  3. Click Create Layout and add required details or select an existing layout. 
  4. Drag and drop the Integration Field from the New Fields tray into the layout editor.
  5. Enter the Field Name and select a Service, Module and Field.
  6. Click Add to Layout.
