Chatbots et assistants virtuels - ces deux formes d'IA transforment la façon dont nous interagissons avec la technologie. Mais il est facile de s'y perdre, car ces deux formes d'IA sont en plein essor.
Comment se différencie un chatbot d'un assistant virtuel ?
