Codeless Bots : Blocks for effective, enhanced interactions with website visitors
The Codeless bot in Zoho SalesIQ is a platform that was designed to ease bot building for non-techies. With this platform, you can create the bot of your dreams without any coding skills, whatsoever. Today's post will throw spotlight on the blocks available on the Codeless bot platform.
How can you add blocks on the Codeless bot platform?
The Codeless bot platforms offers a quick and efficient drag and drop interface using which you can choose blocks from the right side of the builder, drag them and drop them inside the flow.
What is the blocks gallery?
Blocks gallery is a collection of enriched UI elements & actions offered by SalesIQ that can be used to define the interaction flow while building your bot. There are 4 categories of blocks:

- Action blocks
- Data blocks
- Integration blocks
Response Blocks:
This category of block can be used to collect information from the visitor to complete the flow. Listed below are the available response blocks:

Action Blocks:
Action blocks in the Codeless bot can be used to perform actions based on the visitor's needs and information collected so far in the flow.

Data Blocks:
With Data Blocks, you can collect type-based information like name, email, phone, website, etc. from the visitors and store them as per your flow.

Integration Blocks:
Integration blocks help you perform integration-related operations like mail subscriptions, ticket creation, lead creation, etc. Integration blocks work based on the integration configuration for that particular integration. So, there is no additional authentication / configuration required .
- Add to mailing list: This card can add the visitors to integrated campaign services like Zoho Campaign and MailChimp. Once the card is activated the visitor will be added to the mailing list of the integrated campaign service.
