What to expect in beta release?
You can experience all your existing features and functionalities in the revamped interface, along with some new features. Notable features to try out:
More informative operator chat window with quick actions
Brands (Websites) to set up and customize the chat window
Global settings (Portal settings)
Triggers rules to initiate proactive engagement
Visitor/chat routing rules
Zoho and other integrations to organize visitor data
Set up business hours for each brand
Guide and educate customers with resources

Also, please note that the feature availability is based on your Zoho SalesIQ subscription. You can reverse back to the old/new UI anytime.
To access new UI from the old: Tap the "Try new version beta" on the top band near the profile picture.
To reverse back to old UI from new: Tap the profile picture and click old version.
