Impossible to import Journal from Freshbooks
I have been trying to import journals from Freshbooks since August 30th. Every time I try to import, I get an error message. I have already made sure every row has a date. First it was saying the account and notes had unexpected input and that every debit/credit row need to have data even if it's zero. I fixed that. Now it's all contact names are unexpected because they're first name first and there's unexpected stuff in the journal type suffixes. I have 4,808 rows and was working on it with carpal tunnel syndrome/RSI. I'm only able to work on this one hour/week unpaid. It's taking forever. Do I need to make sure every row has a journal type too? I just want to get at least one line imported. Why is this impossible?
