Introducing Multi-Org for Zoho Recruit
Hello there,
Tired of maintaining multiple accounts across different regions? Wish you could access all your Zoho Recruit accounts with a single set of credentials?
Good News! You can now access multiple accounts using the same set of credentials using Zoho Recruit's Multi-Org. This is especially useful for organizations that maintain different accounts to manage their hiring across various regions/zones.
For example, imagine a company with two branches registered under one parent company, each one has a separate talent base, recruitment strategy, and clientele. Thus the company maintains two Zoho Recruit accounts to manage their hiring information.
People who oversee recruitment in both regions often have to log in to both accounts to understand their growth and derive insights which are used to prepare reports, agendas, and ideas for future planning. Remembering different login credentials and broadcasting data directly from both accounts can become challenging.
In order to improve multiple account accessibility, Zoho Recruit allows users to configure multiple Organizations and manage them from one account with a common login credential. They can easily swap between the accounts whenever required. There are two ways a user can be part of multiple org accounts:
- By creating org accounts
- By accepting invitations from other org accounts
Important Note: Please note that this feature does NOT provide any kind of data sync between the accounts. The sole purpose of creating multiple accounts is to provide users with ease of access to the different Recruit organization accounts. |
