One field from Survey-CRM Intergration not populating in CRM

One field from Survey-CRM Intergration not populating in CRM

I have a strange issue where one (1) of about 40 mapped survey-crm integration fields is not populating with data. 

The data submitted is saving in the Survey system. It is visible in the report (all and individual).

There are no sync errors, and I can confirm other data is being updated successfully by the CRM SYNC.

In the image below (snippet from CRM-Leads) ALL fields are populated by data via the Survey-CRM integration... however, one field does not populate as mapped. The field remains empty.
