Outlook Add-in
Hello Everyone,
Email is an important way to communicate with customers and prospects. If you use Outlook.com for emails and Bigin as your CRM, the Outlook Add-in helps you connect them easily so you can see your Bigin contact details right inside Outlook.com. If the person who emailed you isn't in Bigin yet, you can quickly add them as a new contact from your inbox.
With the Outlook Add-in, you can:
- View contextual Bigin information, such as pipeline records, activities, notes, and more—without leaving Outlook.
- Add new contacts to Bigin right from your Outlook inbox.
- Add or edit notes and schedule activities related to your Bigin contacts.
For example, suppose you receive an email from someone interested in your products or pricing. With the integration in place, you can instantly check whether their email address is linked to an existing contact in Bigin.
- If it's a new contact, you can add them to Bigin in just a few clicks.
- If it's an existing contact, you can view their details, related pipelines, and notes directly from Outlook.
You can also update their information or record new notes about their inquiry without switching between applications.
You can update pipeline stages directly in Outlook and view the list of deals and pipelines available.
Note:
- You can edit a contact's details only if you have the necessary profile permissions in your Bigin account.
