Pre-Populated Survey Data
I have data being brought into a survey from Zoho CRM. (I love that I can do this by the way) This information is being brought in to help the survey responders by providing some information regarding the issue. However I do not want them changing this information in these specific fields because when they submit the survey, it will change it in the CRM. (it is used to update an existing record)
How can we make it read-only once the data is brought in? Or select "update" at the field level?
Currently I just have (do not edit) in the field name, but that is definitely not the solution I want.
