I have a few workflows that include automatically creating records in other modules.  The functions work in the background, but there is no confirmation to the user that anything happened.


Client issues a CASE.  If the client selects "Issue Return Authorization" the CRM creates a record in the RMA module.  However, there is no indication to the user that it was created successfully.  They have to the go into the module to confirm it's created, and finish the process.

A redirect would also be a great option o add.  So once the RMA is created, they can also be directed to that module to finish/add/edit, etc.
