Zoho Mail

Shared mailboxes for efficient team collaboration

If your organization requires multiple hands to work on a single ticket or customer query, the org admin can now set up shared mailboxes for different groups and have them work together for better collaboration instead of sending emails amongst your teammates back and forth.

Access your bookmarks anytime anywhere

You can now export URLs that you save to the Bookmarks application and access them anywhere at anytime.

Automate email snooze

Snooze emails automatically using the email filters. You can snooze emails based on certain conditions such as the sender's email address, subject, type of attachments, and much more.

Keep your inbox clean

Worried that all of your reply emails have flooded your inbox and looking for a way to keep it tidy? We've got you covered. You can now use the send and archive option in your email composer to archive the reply emails you send directly from the compose window.

Zoho Writer

Zia speaks French

Zia, Zoho Writer's smart writing assistant now instantly spots grammatical errors and suggests corrections in French too. It also fixes typographical errors and style issues.

Zoho Cliq

Allow debugging by Cliq support team

A new policy has been enforced which allows you to manage the access of your data by our support team. When you disable this option, our support team cannot access your company's data for debugging.

Zoho WorkDrive

Customize the cover image of audio files

You can now change the default, system-generated cover image to a custom cover image for your audio files.

The updated image will appear in all audio previews (including External Users' view and Embedded view), and as a thumbnail in the file list. This will help you locate audio files more quickly. A user must have Edit permission or higher to add a custom cover image for audio files.

Transfer ownership of files and folders in My Folders

A Team Admin can now transfer ownership of a file from one member's My Folders to themself or to another member. This will be useful when a team member is inactive or suspended.
  • All existing share permissions will be retained for the transferred files and folders.
  • Currently, you cannot transfer ownership of the files and folders in a Team Folder.

Seasonal slides in Show

The Seasonal Slides category in Zoho Show will offer slide templates inspired by holidays, festivals, and other important events celebrated every month, world-wide. You can use them as an invite or a greeting card for your clients, customers, teammates, friends, or family.

Interested Topics in Forums

We've renamed the existing "Posts I Follow" tab in Forums to "Interested Topics". The new "Posts I Follow" tab will only list the Forum posts you follow.

Zoho Meeting

Mirror my video

The “Mirror my video” feature will help everyone in the online meeting see the display of their video. You’ll see a preview of your mirrored video when this feature is enabled in your self-video feed.

Retain your original audio settings

In Zoho Meeting, you can now retain the original sound from your microphone without using any audio enhancement features. Enabling this setting helps you to preserve the audio received from your microphone without using echo cancellation or other audio filters.

Start meeting using a join link

Anyone with presenter access to the meeting can now start the meeting from the join link.
