Hoy os traemos el primer Tip para CRM del 2020. Para aquellos que hayáis acabado de aterrizar en la comunidad, Tips and Tricks es una serie de consejos y trucos sobre CRM que te invitamos a aplicar para que puedas sacar el máximo partido al software. Para ver los anteriores, haz clic aquí.

Cuando un nuevo usuario está en proceso de familiarización con Zoho CRM, es probable que no sea consciente del todo de su gran adaptabilidad a cada negocio. Para ello, hoy vamos a hablar de cómo trasladar una parte concreta de tu proceso de ventas, los tratos o oportunidades, a tu CRM.

Tip #8: Personaliza las fases de Tratos de acuerdo a tu empresa

En Zoho entendemos que cada negocio es distinto, y por tanto tiene distintas necesidades. Si comparamos los procesos de venta de un distribuidor a gran escala con una plataforma de venta online, y una sastrería que opera mayoritariamente desde un local en una pequeña ciudad, con mucha probabilidad tengan distinta forma de llegar a sus clientes y dirigirlos hasta el cierre de una venta. Sin embargo, ambos pueden utilizar Zoho CRM ya que pueden personalizar las fases del módulo Tratos de acuerdo a cada uno de sus procesos. El cómo te lo contamos a continuación.

Por defecto, el módulo Tratos muestra una serie de fases de negocio en las que puedes identificar el estado de un trato con un cliente, como son Propuesta de valor, Cotización de propuesta/precio, Negociación/Revisión y diferentes estados de Trato cerrado (ganado, perdido, y perdido para la competencia). Cada uno de estos estados también se asocia a una probabilidad de ganar el trato. Estos estados pueden ser renombrados de acuerdo a cómo operes en tu empresa, y la probabilidad asociada a cada uno de ellos también puede ser modificada. Para hacerlo:

  1. Ve a Configuración > Personalización > Módulos y Campos
  2. Selecciona el módulo Tratos de la lista
  3. Selecciona el diseño de módulo que quieras editar > ( ... ) > Editar diseño
  4. En el campo Fase, ( ... ) > Asignación Fase - Probabilidad
  5. Para modificar las fases existentes, reescribe sobre las mismas. Para añadir o eliminar fases, usa los iconos de ( + ) y ( - ).

En este apartado podrás renombrar las fases y asociar cada una con una probabilidad distinta. A tener en cuenta:
  • Los Tipos de Previsión ayudan al CRM a identificar en qué estado se encuentra el Trato (abierto, cerrado ganado y cerrado perdido) para asociar correctamente la probabilidad de ganar el trato. Por ejemplo, no sería lógico que la fase cerrado perdido tuviese una probabilidad asociada a ganar el trato distinta a 0, ya que el trato ya se ha perdido.
  • Para poder guardar las modificaciones, asegúrate de que no haya ningún tipo de proceso automatizado ya existente que use las fases anteriores a tu modificación. Si es el caso, deberás eliminar los procesos antes de crear las nuevas fases.
