Tip of the week #13 - Get instant peer reviews on email drafts
How many times have you wanted your colleague to have a quick glance at your draft before you send it out? Were there cases when you wanted your teammate to add a part to your email content? Sharing email drafts in Zoho TeamInbox comes handy in such cases.
You now don't have to send emails back and forth to get a simple correction done, or take your conversations outside your inbox. Just draft your content, select the member you want to share it with, and you're done. They will now be able to view and edit your content in real-time.
You can choose to share the draft with all the members or just to specific members in the inbox. They will be immediately notified and can start reviewing your content. They can either edit your content directly, or chat with you about the changes using comments.
