Hello everyone!

WorkDrive now offers its users the option to save and access the incoming files to My Folders in a Zoho format. This control setting was previously available only for Team Folder data, but is now open for My Folders.
By enabling this option, you can enable newly uploaded documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to My Folders to automatically convert to the relevant Zoho WorkDrive format (i.e., Writer, Sheet, or Show).
Note: To enable this option for every user, the file conversion should be enabled at the team level by Team Admin, and anyone on the team is allowed to choose this setting.
Steps to enable/disable automatic file conversion in My Folders
1. Click on your Team Name in the top-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
2. In the dropdown, select My Preferences, which will open the User Settings page in a new tab.
3. To enable and disable automatic file conversion, choose between ON and OFF next to the "Convert all files to Zoho WorkDrive's format when you upload to My Folders" option.
