Dear Team,
We have a webinar scheduled on June 3 at 5 pm and have received several registrations. However, there are two essential features that still do not work on Zoho Webinar and we are very worried as this will negatively impact our audience participation and experience.
We request you to urgently activate the following essential features on our platform.
1. Panel view: See the video of all co-organizers together as a panel. This is the standard webinar format and since ours is a discussion, it is almost impossible for the attendees to follow what is happening without this feature. It also becomes very difficult for the moderator and the co-organizers to engage with each other.
2. Make Q & A visible to all attendees: Again we are looking at an open platform and it is very limiting if an attendee cannot see what questions are being asked by the others.
