Zoho France en 2021 : rétrospective de nos contenus
Bonjour à tous, chers utilisateurs !
2021 a été pour Zoho France une année riche en contenu pour offrir à ses utilisateurs le plus d'informations quant à ses produits et tendances du marché dans la langue de Molière. Sous divers formats, pour diverses optiques, nous espérons qu'ils vous auront aidés au cours de cette année. L'occasion aussi de les découvrir si vous êtes passés à côté :
Zoho One
Claire et Kinjal se sont affairées à doter Zoho One de sa page ressources en français.
Et ce n'est pas que la page mais bien toutes les ressources répertoriées qui sont dans la langue de Molière, à savoir :
- Les guides Zoho One : Claire a pris la plume pour vous faire découvrir à travers ces guides comment suivre tout un process en utilisant les différentes applications à disposition dans votre compte Zoho One.
Exemple : "de l'appel au deal" pour utiliser la téléphonie intégré, le CRM et la facturation client, ou "de prospect à client" pour utiliser et intégrer les différentes applications de marketing, ventes, finances, et bureautique.
- Le guide d'installation du panneau administrateur Zoho One : une série de vidéos pour configurer pas-à-pas les différents onglets du panneau administrateur.
- La série de webinaires sur comment digitaliser son entreprise avec les différentes applications Zoho One : pourquoi, comment, simplement. 21 webinaires en français sont à votre disposition pour découvrir ou redécouvrir les applications disponibles dans votre abonnement, présentés par Claire et Kinjal, en collaboration avec nos partenaires.
- Le lancement de Zoho One 21 : nouvelle interface, nouveaux services et nouvelles fonctionnalités. Nous avons fait un live pour un aperçu tous ensemble de ce nouveau Zoho One et de ce qui nous a conduits à procéder à cette évolution.

Justement, Zoho Community France, qu'est-ce que c'est ? Normalement, et si vous êtes un habitué de ce forum, vous savez ! Pour les autres qui arriveraient sur ce lien par un moyen ou un autre, c'est le forum de discussion pour les utilisateurs francophones de Zoho qui a vu le jour cette année ! Car Zoho sans ses utilisateurs ne serait pas grand chose. Zoho, c'est aussi vous. C'est pourquoi nous postons régulièrement sur ce forum quant aux produits et vous invitons à échanger, nous faire part de vos propres trucs et astuces et conseils d'utilisation.
Si Florence vous gâte de ses articles sur Desk comme vu plus haut, Kinjal n'est pas en reste avec le fil sur Zoho One.

Les meetups sont des rencontres utilisateurs en plus ou moins petits comités : l'objectif est d'échanger sur nos expériences et bonnes pratiques autour des produits Zoho. Nous en avons tenus cette année, en ligne, sur Zoho CRM ainsi que sur la prise en main de Zoho One.

Hi Support Team, I am a new user, I have created my account and installed zohomail app on iOS 16 which works. I was also able to import my Gmail contacts into Zoho Contacts, which I can see. The problem is that I can’t see these imported cobalts in ZohomailTask Due Date greater than 10 years.
We use recurring tasks in Projects where every week, month, year etc Some of our projects are greater than 10 years and we are unable to set a new due date because the difference between start date and due date is greater than 10 years.
